Everything old is new again, is that the way that old song goes? In this case, what’s emerge are new Vanessa Hudgens pictures, yes, of her nude, in what’s being called Vanessa Hudgens scandal 2009. All is not what it seems, however.

First, these are indeed pictures of Vanessa Hudgens nude, at least according to a source who spoke to E! However, they are not really new pictures.

Yes, the 20-year-old actress learned her lesson last time. While you might think these are new pictures of Vanessa Hudgens, these are, according to the source, older pictures, taken before her first naked photo scandal.

The timing couldn’t be worse. Thursday night Vanessa Hudgens will face an army of paparazzi at the premiere of her new movie, Bandslam. She apparently still plans to attend, and you can bet the question “Vanessa, Vanessa, any comment on the new nude pictures” or something like that will be thrust into her face.

I assume the words “No comment” will be her response. According to that same source that spoke to E!, they’ll be not apology as in 2007, when Vanessa Hudgens said:
“I want to apologize to my fans, whose support and trust means the world to me. I am embarrassed over this situation and regret having ever taken these photos.”
Of course, at that time, Vanessa Hudgens was probably scared of losing her Disney gig. Now, she’s probably a big enough star that it wouldn’t really affect her if they dropped her.
